Watching the whole structure as it wakes up and builds up to the climax was an audiovisual feast. Raw and digital. Only when you walked inside, the sensation changed completely. You became the center of the experience. It immediately felt alive. Encompassing you with 2880 animated lights and spatial sound, you could forget the real world for a moment.

It was designed as a sensory entrance to the experiential exhibition OUTPOST, preparing guests for the whole experience, but it became a standalone point of interest, that guests went back to again and again.

The 2880 LED lights were animated using Cinema 4D and X-Particles on a 1:1 3D simulation. All the clones then were mapped via custom script to the pixel map and rendered in Octane. The spatial music was composed and mixed for 6ch with the 3D render as reference.

It’s an example of a perfect symbiosis between art and technology. Designed as an Instagram-ready experience, it was viciously shared in social media, proving that immersive installations are the future of entertainment.
